Dubuque City Council Votes Unanimously to end Mask Mandate

As expected the Dubuque City Council members voted unanimously today to end the mandate requiring anyone older than 2 to wear face masks while in public The ordinance had been in place in the city since August.

The mandate officially will be repealed when the newly approved ordinance is printed in the city's official newspaper, the Telegraph Herald, on Thursday morning.

The move follows the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors’ decision on Friday to end its own face mask ordinance,
