Up close with the Eagle Point Eagle

Friend of the program and "my guy," Tom Greene of Dubuque and some other very helpful city of Dubuque employees shared some very cool access to the Eagle Point American bald eagle as it was installed for another season yesterday.  Thank you all for letting us in on this!
