Dubuque County: Record-high single-day increase of 113 new cases. The previous record was 72 on July 9. Total confirmed cases to date = 2,619
Iowa: 1,324 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 78,299

DEATHS
Dubuque County: No additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 40
Iowa: 10 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 1,258
