American Airlines will temporarily suspend service to Dubuque and other select cities beginning on October 7, 2020, as the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act is set to expire on September 30, 2020.  The airline will retain a station at Dubuque, however.  American says it will continue to evaluate and assess all their network cities until passenger demand returns.
