In 2017 so far, listeners have received a ton of new music from longstanding favorites as well as exciting newcomers. Reigning CMA Awards Vocal Group of the Year Little Big Town and alt-country pioneers Son Volt both released their eighth studio albums, while Brantley Gilbert's fourth record revealed a deeper side to the country rocker. Breakout artists are also having big years: RaeLynn, formerly a contestant on The Voice, unveiled her much-anticipated debut disc, and Canadian country darling Whitney Rose released a new project inspired by her new home in Austin, Texas.
