Country fans headed to Nashville for CMA Fest this June may want to book their plane ticket a few days early, as Darius Rucker has announced his seventh annual Darius and Friends benefit concert.

The charity event, which benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, will be held at Nashville's Wildhorse Saloon on June 6. The official lineup will be announced in the coming weeks.

Last year's benefit show raised more than $220,000 for St. Jude. Friends performing included Little Big Town, Brett Eldredge, A Thousand Horses, Brothers Osborne, Scotty McCreery and Steve Wariner.

The pre-sale for Darius and Friends 2016 begins Thursday, March 23, at 11AM CT. Fans can purchase tickets on Ticketmaster.com with the pre-sale password SOUTH. General on-sale begins Friday. There is a four ticket limit.

Earlier that week, Rucker will kick off his 2016 Good for a Good Time Tour on June 3 in Tampa, Fla. The three-time Grammy winner will visit more than 30 cities for the trek. Dan + Shay and Michael Ray will join Rucker as his support acts. The singer has partnered with Project Rebuild for the run — the campaign came from a partnership between Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and Military Warriors Support Foundation to assist in rebuilding the lives of wounded veterans by helping place them in mortgage-free homes to help ease the transition back to civilian life.

Additionally, the Good for a Good Time Tour will also partner with Uber on select dates. Fans will be given the chance to win free rides and VIP packages that include two tickets to a show, an exclusive Darius Rucker pre-show acoustic performance and an invitation to a pre-show party in the VIP Party Lounge.
