Throughout their decade as CMA Awards co-hosts, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood have poked fun at plenty of their fellow artists, other celebrities and current events. But they say one person in particular has been especially fun to tease: Tim McGraw.

In the video above, both Paisley and Underwood admit that McGraw and his wife, Faith Hill, are always gracious about being the butt of the co-hosts' CMA Awards jokes. Viewers will see clips from past shows that prove it, too: Both artists laugh along at the gags, and even ham it up a bit when the camera pans to them.

"Tim and Faith are good sports," Underwood says. "I like people that laugh at themselves."

McGraw and Hill, Paisley adds, "have [always] given us something to work with, whether that's Barbies or cologne, or Barbies again."

The Barbies joke began back in 2011: That year, Mattel transformed the country power couple into Barbie dolls to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary. Paisley and Underwood recall that, upon hearing the news, they instantly sought the dolls out, leading to one hilarious bit in that year's CMA Awards monologue. In 2016, the dolls returned in Paisley and Underwood's monologue, in a bit about the couple's then-upcoming tour.

The 2018 CMA Awards are scheduled to air on ABC on Nov. 14, at 8PM ET; the ceremony will take place live at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Paisley and Underwood will host the ceremony for the 10th year in a row.
