The Asbury Eagles Club will be hosting a chicken dinner fundraiser for a local nine-year-old boy on June 2nd from 5 to 8 pm.

That boy is Timmy Francois, the son of Sarah and Jason Francois (Helling). Timmy, nicknamed "Timmy Tough," has been diagnosed with B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia, the most common type of cancer found in children. Simply put, it's a disease that makes children more susceptible to infections due to insufficient protection provided by B-Cells.

The good news is that most children are cured from the disease over time.

But Timmy is worth your support. That's why the Asbury Eagles Club is holding a delicious "Chicken Night" on June 2nd. The meal will include four pieces of chicken, cheesy potatoes, pasta salad, a roll, and a brownie. Both carry-out and dine-in options will be offered as well.

The meal is only $13 and benefits a wonderful family and their son, whose "Timmy Tough" nickname has caught on in the community.

You can find out more information about the dinner on the Asbury Eagles Club' website and Facebook page. The Eagles Club is located at 5900 Saratoga Road, STE. 7 in Asbury, IA. Their phone number is (563)-588-4458.

Consider making time on June 2nd to support Timmy, along with a wonderful organization.
