Since its inception in 1979, DubuqeFest has been regarded as Iowa's Oldest and Best Arts Festival. Indeed, it is always fun to enjoy fantastic original art, music, and food in Dubuque's historic and picturesque downtown.

DubuqueFest features two days of free live music as the backdrop to a juried fine art fair. The weekend also includes free children's hands-on art activities, an annual book release & reading by the Dubuque Area Writers Guild, and live art demonstrations.

Nearly 70 juried artists will be on-hand showcasing and selling their creations. From woodworking, photography, pottery, painting, jewelry in mixed mediums, and more, DubuqueFest is one of the rare art festivals to get that one-of-a-kind original find.
