Area States Rank Near the Bottom on Economic Racial Equality

Iowa, Wisconsin, and Illinois all ranked near the very bottom of Wallethub's ranking of states based on economic racial equality.  Using data comparing annual income, unemployment rates,  homeownership rates, etc. from all 50 states and The District of Columbia, Wallethub placed Iowa 47th, Illinois 49th, and Wisconsin 50th.
