Which area state is most working-dad friendly?

Iowa ranks 8th in Wallethub's rankings of best states for working dads. Wallethub used a host of data sets related to average length of work day for males, child-care costs, share of men in good or better health, etc. to rate all 50 states and the District of Columbia in working-dad friendliness. The list is topped by Massachusetts. New Mexico ranked last. Wisconsin ranked 11th and Illinois 20th.
