“Wrapping for Resilience” Promotes use of Reusable Cloth Gift Wrapping

Reusable cloth wrapping rather than paper for holiday gifts?  The Dubuque County Energy District says the goal of Wrapping for Resilience” is to reduce energy consumption used in the production of wrapping paper.
