The University of Dubuque’s Bisignano Art Gallery has reopened with its first exhibit of the season titled “Art During the Pandemic.”

The exhibit features work completed by 18 tri-state area artists during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Art During the Pandemic” is free to the public. The exhibit will be open through Wednesday, Sept. 30, in the gallery, Heritage Center, 2255 Bennett St., Dubuque.
