Yes it's true, Chris Soules, star of ABC-TV's "The Bachelor" was spotted in downtown Dubuque yesterday.  No one would comment on why Chris and what appeared to be camera crew were in Dubuque yesterday.  Maybe we'll see Dubuque in an upcoming show. You can see a full story at THOnline
