On Saturday, June 10th, hundreds filed into the historic Five Flags Theater in Dubuque to witness perhaps the most vulgar, disgusting show ever held at the theater.

Who else could accomplish such a feat besides Steve-O, the instantly recognizable Jackass star? For the last several months, Steve-O has been traveling to various cities across America and Canada on his Bucket List Tour. The "X-rated multimedia show" features utterly sick, twisted stunts performed by Steve-O.

This is never before seen footage too hot for YouTube.

As a die-hard Jackass fan since I was way too young to be watching it in the first place, this show was a terrific experience. It's absolutely not for the faint of heart, however. As one can imagine, the stunts are as repulsive as they are riotously funny. Steve-O precedes each video with a story about how the stunt came to be, the people involved, and his reason (or lack thereof) for attempting it in the first place.

Steve-O proves to be a very engaging storyteller. He has all the wit and timing of a seasoned comedian. He commands an audience. He has total self-awareness in the regard that he's in his forties and still craving attention by way of outlandish antics. Not beyond a few jabs at himself, there's a self-deprecating element to the show all while Steve-O completely embraces the legend he's become.

No photography nor videos were permitted during the show — a completely understandable move. There's no social media website (outside of maybe Twitter) that would allow the content Steve-O showed during the show, or even the extended 20+ minute-long pre-show. He spoke of a potential Netflix release of the tour following its run. His last special, Gnarly, was released on DVD fairly recently. Presumably, The Bucket List Tour will get the same treatment in due time.

One last observation: it's wonderful to see how great Steve-O looks, despite all the drugs and abuse he's taken since a teenager. He stands tall, looks healthy and fit, and always has a beaming, ear-to-ear smile on his face. The amount of trauma the Jackass crew have been through — especially in their late forties, having just reunited yet again for Jackass Forever, released earlier this year — is borderline unfathomable. To see them all able-bodied isn't just remarkable, it's a miracle.

Steve-O's Bucket List Tour continues its run across the United States and Canada for the remainder of the year. Tour dates are accessible on his website (NSFW content within, FYI). He's also gearing up for his second book (his last being the New York Times bestseller Professional Idiot in 2012), set to be released in September 2022.
