Santa’s Arrival at Kennedy Mall
The Dubuque Fire Department will escort Santa to his arrival at Kennedy Mall in Dubuque Saturday morning at 11:30. Greet Santa Claus outside the main entrance of the mall, next to Dubuque Mining Company. Cookies and cocoa will be available.
