Pennsylvania Avenue Lane Closure

The westbound lane of Pennsylvania Avenue in Dubuque will be closed between Key Way Drive and Vizaleea Drive for private utility work from 9:00 AM Wednesday, August 19^th to 5:00 PM Wednesday, August 26^th.  Traffic will be merged to the center lane. Motorists are asked to use caution in the area.
