NWS: Flash Flood Watch 11A – 10P today
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for the Dubuque area from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM today. A widespread 1 to 3 inches of rain is anticipated along and west of a line from Dubuque, Iowa to Keokuk, Iowa. Isolated amounts near 4 or 5 inches are possible. There is a low risk for a few brief spin up tornadoes area-wide through the afternoon.
