Mississippi On the Rise

With all the recent rains and melting up north the Mississippi has been on the rise.  It should reach major flood stage (21.5 ft) by mid-day on Tuesday in Dubuque.  It should crest sometime on Friday reaching around 22.5 ft., which would be the 10th highest crest.  The highest crest was 26.81 ft on 04/26/1965.
