Loras Boulevard Gas Leak and Explosion

Massive flames and thick smoke is reported as City of Dubuque Crews battle a house fire of Loras Boulevard in Dubuque.  Earlier this afternoon The Dubuque Fire Department reported a large outdoor gas leak in the area which caused an evacuation.
