Jackson Street Lane Closure

The southbound lane of Jackson Street in Dubuque will be closed between 29^th and 28^th Street for private utility work beginning at 7:00 AM Tuesday, September 22^nd until 5:00 PM Wednesday, September 23^rd.  Motorists are asked to follow the posted detour.
