Iowa Governor Extends COVID-19 Emergency Proclamation for 30 Days

In a press conference where she signed a licensing bill, Governor Reynolds addressed coronavirus in the state and extended her emergency proclamation by 30 days.
Before being extended, Iowa's Public Health Disaster Emergency Proclamation was set to expire Thursday night. Many of the regulatory relief measures implemented previously will be extended and Reynolds said that the proclamation clarifies that all team athletic activities may now resume.
