Following up on the remarkably generous outpouring by the hockey world in a time of tragedy, the Dubuque Fighting Saints organization will continue the fundraising effort for the Humboldt Broncos of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League. The Saints, Green Bay Gamblers and all officials will wear a special Broncos logo decal sticker on their helmets in memory of the 15 members of the organization that died in a tragic bus crash on April 6.

The decals will be on sale at the merchandise stand for $3.00. ALL proceeds of each sticker sale will benefit the GoFundMe that is helping offset the costs for families and loved ones to travel to Humboldt, and take care of various medical and funeral costs for the players and staff. The Fighting Saints raised over $2,000 as part of the 50/50 raffle on Saturday night, and, as of the writing of this release, $8.5 million has been raised for the cause in just four days.

Tickets to Friday and Saturday’s games against the Green Bay Gamblers are available by calling the box office at 563.583.6880, or by going to DubuqueFightingSaints.com.
