Dubuque Police: Help Identify Subjects

The Dubuque Police Department is seeking assistance in identifying two subjects who allegedly committed a theft at Best Buy, 801 Wacker Drive, Dubuque.  The subjects are believed to be associated with the vehicle pictured below.
