Chamber asks Dubuque to Amend Mask Ordinance

The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce sent a request to the Dubuque City Council asking for a modification of the new city mask mandate.  Saying "The Chamber does not agree with businesses being held responsible for customer compliance to the mask ordinance, the Chamber submitted a letter this week requesting the city remove section "E" from the newly enacted mask ordinance.
