Can Schools Make Masks Part of Dress Code?

A school district in Texas is attempting a work-around to require students wear masks despite the state's ban on mask mandates. Students in the Paris Independent School District will be required to wear masks as part of the district's dress code.

Located northeast of Dallas, the Paris Independent School District has an enrollment of nearly 3900 students.
