I feel like there is a space for seafood in Illinois, there isn't much in the way of great seafood here now. Also, their main competition is Red Lobster and when is the last time you went to a Red Lobster or heard of someone opening a new Red Lobster near you? I hope they bring the food trucks down here to Central Illinois, it would be great to check out everything they have without having to go up to Chicagoland.
