61 Drive-In Opens This Weekend

The 61 Drive-In south of Maquoketa, Iowa is one of the few remaining Drive In movie theatres in the country. The regular movie theaters are closed so this is a great way to stay safe and still go to the movies with your family.

The 61 Drive In Theatre will open for their 70th Anniversary Season May 15th & 16th! This weekends Double feature is "ONWARD' and "CALL OF THE WILD". Box Office will open at 7pm. First show starts approximately 8:30 pm.

Required Social Distancing Measures —

* Vehicles MUST park 6 feet distance apart
* Patrons MUST stay in their vehicles or sit directly in front of their vehicles during showtime
* One customer will be allowed in the concession stand at a time. We will provide spacing markers to keep the line to concession stand distanced.
* All pre-movie activities will be CLOSED!!! (Swingset, Sandbox, Tether Balls, Basketball, Baseball, Train & Volleyball)
* PLEASE, no visiting away from your own vehicle with other patrons or friends
* We encourage you to wear a mask whenever the mask will be a health benefit to you or our staff member
