$5000 New Dubuque County In-Home Child Care Incentive

New Dubuque County Child Development Homes that become registered and commit to remaining open for 2 years can receive a total of $5,000 in incentives and stipends.

Dubuque County Early Childhood (DCEC) was awarded funding for a New Child

Development Homes Initiative designed to increase the number of regulated

home child care providers in Dubuque County, as well as the number of available quality child care spaces.

This new program will be administered on a first-come, first served basis.
