5.1″ of Snow Over the Weekend Means 14 down, 11 to Go

Tim's Official 2020-21 Winter Prognostication calls for 25 measurable snows.  The  5.1 inches we received on January 30-31 was the 14th of the season, leaving us 11 to go.  How do you think his prediction will hold up?
