This Months “Be A Buddy” Winner

WJOD congratulates Brooke Brimeyer, this months "Be A Buddy" winner with Kwikstop, Dairy Queen and Fazoli's.

Brooke's mom, Cher, submitted the following about her daughter:

"I nominate my older daughter Brooke.  She has a heart of gold.  She would ALWAYS give kids that were younger than her compliments everyday.  She would tell them how nice they looked a certain day or another day she would throw out a gentle hug and say "have a good day!"  She treats everyone with respect - young or old.  She always remains calm.  If she saw someone being picked on and there were times she would even sit by them at lunch!  She felt just by showing an older kid was watching over them might just let them know that they weren't alone!"

 

We applaud Brooke's attempt to prevent bullying in the tristates and have awarded her an honorary 'Be A Buddy' certificate.  She also gets a special card valid for a Blizzard-a-month-for-a-year from Dairy Queen.
