No Medical Marijuana Licenses For Ilinois.

Proponents of legalizing Marijuana in Illinois had hoped outgoing govenor Pat Quinn would grant medical marijuana licenses today...his final day in office.  Even though Quinn toyed with the idea, his office said today it would not happen.  See the entire story HERE.  So if you want to :"light up" legally, you'll still have to head to Colorado or Washington....at least for now.
