Dubuque Police Make Heroin Arrests

Here are the details from the Dubuque Police Department on last night arrests for Heroin in Dubuque.

On Monday, April 11^th, 2016, at approximately 6:45 P.M., the Dubuque Police Department Tactical Team, Dubuque Drug Task Force, Iowa Department of Narcotics Enforcement and the Dubuque Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 1430 Iowa St., in the city of Dubuque.

Upon entering the residence, law enforcement located 4 subjects inside. These subjects were identified as Derrick Jermaine Brown (DOB 03/13/91) of 2826 Central Avenue, D’Anthony Lamont Moore (DOB 03/18/92) of Chicago, Tywone Derrel Matthews (DOB 06/10/76) of Chicago, and Pierre Lamar Springer (DOB 06/02/88) of 1025 Central Avenue.

Derrick Brown, D’Anthony Moore and Tywone Matthews were arrested for Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin and transported to the Dubuque County Jail. Springer was NOT arrested.

This investigation is active and ongoing and no other information will be released at this time.
