Coldest Winter Ever in Dubuque?

You know it's cold when it's warmer in Alaska than it is in Dubuque.  Yesterday morning at around 7am it was 25 degrees in the northern part of Alaska.  Here in Dubuque at the same time...it was 18 degrees below Zero.   You know it's cold when even the trees need blankets.  Check out this picture taken on Swiss Valley Road on Tuesday morning.
