Carrie Underwood's well talked about and stunning tour finally made it's way to Des Moines Wells Fargo Arena Saturday night.  (Only 3 more nights of the Cry Pretty Tour 360 remain)

The stage was unique.  It was shape as an eye and brow which covered the 3/4 of the arena floor.  Wherever you  were sitting you were going to get an up close view of Carrie at one point.

You could say it was Girl Power on stage.  With opening acts Runaway June "Buy My Own Drinks" and Maddie & Tae "Girl in a Country Song" were setting the mood of the night by getting the crowd warmed up.

Carrie took to the stage to a enthusiastic full house opening up with  "Southbound".  She moved around the huge stage and at times was elevated so the upper decks of the arena could see.  Throughout the 2hr show were several costume changes.  A highlight of songs she sang: "Cowboy Casanova",  "Good Girl",  "Last Name",  "Church Bells", "Two Black Cadillacs", "Blown Away", "Wasted" a medley of older songs, "Jesus Take the Wheel", "The Bullet" (a very powerful song) and "Something in the Water", "Undo It", "The Champion" (was joined by a local fan), "Before He Cheats". Carrie was joined by Runaway June and Maddie & Tae as they sang a tribute to the women in country; Dolly, Reba, Martina, Shania, Patsy, Loretta, Trisha, Tammy, Faith, and the Judds.  Carrie closed the night with "Cry Pretty" and "Love Wins".
