I can't think of a better example of having your cake and eating it, too. What is Illinois' richest small town? It's the same place that also happens to be surrounded by gorgeous tree-lined nature preserves.
I was admittedly never good at math, but even I know that a quarter is not worth 9,000 bucks except that I'm technically wrong. There is one error on a 1965 quarter that does make it worth even more than $9,000.
