Back in 2023, a popular minor league baseball team in Wisconsin unveiled a locally relevant alternate identity that honored a time-tested, multi-generational Midwest tradition. The identity has been such a runaway hit that they've been bringing it back more-and-more over the last couple years.

For the forthcoming 2026 baseball season, the team announced that not only will the alternate identity return, but with a new logo and color scheme that also honors a specific delicacy germane to the name itself.

Meet the "Wisconsin Supper Clubbers:"

Few things are more "Wisconsin" than a supper club, and the Beloit Sky Carp — the High-A affiliate of the Miami Marlins in the Midwest League — have been embracing it for years. For multiple nights a year since 2023, the Sky Carp players become the "Wisconsin Supper Clubbers," while the ballpark itself takes on a new personality complete with piano music, relish trays, and cozily decorated interiors.

The Wisconsin Supper Clubbers, the Sky Carp's alternate identity, will return for the 2026 season albeit with a different look. Every Friday home-game, the Supper Clubbers will take the field while the ballpark becomes a haven honoring all things akin to a supper club. Last week, they unveiled a new logo that nods a popular beverage served at supper clubs.

The Grasshopper Will Now Be a Ballpark Fixture:

For the upcoming season, the Supper Clubbers will don colors and logos reminiscent of a Grasshopper, a Wisconsin ice cream cocktail made with crème de menthe and vanilla ice cream. It's an incredible, boozy dessert that cleanses the palette after a hearty meal of steak, fish, mashed potatoes, or whatever supper club staple you enjoy.

The Supper Clubbers' new themed jerseys are a minty green with a smiling, anthropomorphic Grasshopper beverage assuming a batting stance. Another emblem shows the state outline of Wisconsin with a mint leaf covering it. It looks awesome, and you can check out the designs on the Beloit Sky Carp's official website.
