What’s up with the Chicago Cubs?

I know the Cubs haven't been doing very good this year.  In fact they are currently in last place in their division.  Usually I don't pay much attention to the Cubs, because I'm a Baltimore Orioles fan.  Well for the first time is several years, my Baltimore Orioles had to play the Chicago Cubs over the weekend.  .And wouldn't you know it, the Cubs decided to get "hot" and swept my Orioles!   I mean come on Cubs.  You have been bad all year and now just in time to play the Orioles you decide to get hot and win all three games.    Don't get me wrong, I don't normally cheer against the Cubs...but when they play my Orioles I've got to root for my team.  As the saying goes, the Cubs won this battle but as my Orioles sit atop the American League East standings, looks like Baltimore is going to win the war and make the playoffs.  Cub fans have been saying "wait till next time" for many years....looks like it's time for me to say "wait till next time" when it comes to my Orioles playing the Cubs.  Don't know when that will be, but for an Orioles fan, it's got to better than what happened over the weekend.   Ken.
