Spring is Yard Sale Time

Spring is here...that's means the grass will soon turn greener and we'll have showers and thunderstorms.

It also means city wide garage sales.  Dubuque and Manchester have city wide sales on April 25th.  Epworth April 23-25th.  Asbury April 30-May 2nd. Platteville May 9th.  Garage sales are a great way to pick up a bargain or two...but certain items should always be bought new.  They include mattresses and pillows, bike helmets,swimsuits,shoes, and more.  They are specific reasons for not buying these and other items used.
