Sportsmanship (Or Lack Of)

Did you see the pre-game hand shake over the weekend between Penn State and Maryland.  Me neither.  In fact no one did...because the Maryland Players refused to shake hands with the Penn State players before the game.  See the "non handshake" here,.  The two teams actually got into it during pre-game warm ups.  So much for "welcoming" Maryland to the Big Ten.  Aren't we all taught at an an early age to shake hands before every sporting event.   Shame on the Maryland players for the refusal.  I'm not a Penn State fan but after seeing the Maryland players at the coin toss, I made up my mind to root for the Nittany Lions to win.  Didn't help, Maryland won the game.  I didn't see the end of the game, but I'm guessing their weren't many handshakes then either.
