Randy Houser is going to be taking a trip down the aisle.

The 39-year-old "Like a Cowboy" singer is engaged to 21-year-old Tatiana Starzynski. According to People, Starzynski's sister is married to Houser's friend, hit Nashville songwriter Dallas Davidson. She and Houser met through that connection earlier this year.

The news is a surprise to many fans, since Houser and Starzynski have chosen to keep their relationship very private up until announcing their engagement. They made that decision to give his family, and specifically his 3-year-old son, West, a chance to get to know her in private.

Houser was previously married to songwriter Jessa Lee Yantz, whom he wed in 2011. The couple's only child, West, arrived in March of 2012. They filed for divorce in March of 2014.

The singer-songwriter has bounced back with his new love. "It's obvious to anyone that knows Randy that he's just radiating happiness in this relationship, and that's all his friends and family ever wanted for him," a friend tells People.

Houser's career is also on an upswing. His third studio album, How Country Feels, has scored two No. 1 hits with its title song and "Runnin' Outta Moonlight," and two additional hits with "Goodnight Kiss" and "Like a Cowboy."

A rep for the singer confirms he and Starzynski are making wedding plans, but gave no further details on when the couple plan to marry. Houser is slated to spend part of the summer out on the road with Luke Bryan as part of the superstar's Kick the Dust Up tour, and is also working on a new album.
