Powerball Winner

Okay, so I didn't win the 1.6 Billion dollar Powerball jackpot....I'm still a winner. See photo!

Just got around to checking my tickets and realized I hit the Powerball number twice.  Bring on my $8.  Now the question is..... if I promised someone I'd split the jackpot with them if I won....do I owe them $4?  What do you think?  Feel free to comment on the WJOD facebook page.
