Iowa 7th Happiest State

There's yet another survey out...this one ranks the happiest states in the United States.  Minnesota and Iowa both made the top 10. Wisconsin and Illinois didn't make the top 10(but they wern't in the bottom 10 either).  See the entire list HERE  Congrats to Iowa!
