How can this song be 35 years old?

Feeling a little bit old today....just found out that the song "Devil Went Down to Georgia" by the Charlie Daniels Band is 35 years old today.  Can't believe that song is that old.   It's one of those songs that everyone knows and still sounds as good today as it did 35 years ago.   See the story behind the song by CLICKING HERE.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Charlie Daniels perform live several times including the Delaware County Fair in Manchester and the Jackson County Fair in Maquoketa.  Don't know how long he plans on touring, but if you get the chance I recommend you go see him.  Here's to 35 more years of the Devil Went Down to Georgia.
