Hey Buddy…Your Going The Wrong Way

It's only day one of the new street changes in downtown Dubuque and for the most part things went well.  Oh sure there was an occasional blank stare and a friendly toot of the horn to warn fellow drivers.  But all in the changes worked.

The changes were designed to help traffic flow in the area. The streets affected were 9th, 10th, Elm and Pine.  So if you happen to be driving in these areas of downtown Dubuque, be aware of the changes...or those friendly toots of the horn, might not be so friendly.  Now if we can people to start using turn signals we might have a chance.   Ken
