Free Admission to Eagle Point This Saturday

The City of Dubuque has joined communities across the country in proclaiming Saturday, May 16, 2015 as “Kids to Parks Day.”

The Leisure Services Department encourages families to be active and do something outdoors in one of the many free parks in the city or Dubuque County on that day.

In acknowledgement of the occasion, the Dubuque Park and Recreation Commission voted May 12 to waive the vehicle entrance/admission fee to Eagle Point Park all day on Saturday, May 16. Eagle Point Park is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturdays.
