2015 Winter Wellness Challenge at the Dubuque YMCA/YWCA

Are you ready for some fun and to re-energize your personal wellness commitments for this year?
"New You" is a seven-week personal challenge designed to help you keep your commitment to a healthier way of life while having fun and testing your limits. Following this simple program incorporates fitness challenges for all levels and healthy lifestyles changes.
* Get your 30 minutes of exercise in daily
* Drink lots of water
* Choose fruits  and vegetables
* Take time to relax or meditate
* Participate in the bonus group exercise classes

Throughout the Program
  • Use the tracking log to record your points and chart your progress
  • Interact with us on our private Facebook group page to share your progress, receive motivational quotes, and learn bonus exercises
  • Ask for wellness coaching at any time (Contact Casey)
  • Utilize the optional Body Fat Testing
  • Have access to a weekly bonus group exercise class (Held on Sundays)
  • Earn your FREE challenge t-shirt
  • Stay positive and focused, and have fun!
