Dubuque Pedestrian Killed Identified

Dubuque Police have now released the name of the person killed in yesterday's Semi-Pedestrian accident.  The pedestrian has been identified as Kelly Schuster of 135 Hill Street in Dubuque. The driver of the semi was identified as Dennis M. Schulte, 48, of South Amana, Iowa.   No charges have been filed and the investigation remains ongoing.  That accident closed the busy intersection for several hours on Thursday.
