Dubuque One of the Top 50 Happiest Places in Iowa

The folks at zippa.com have released a new poll ranking the happiest places in Iowa. The majority of the top 10 cities are in central Iowa. The only city in our listening area to crack the top 30 was Dewitt at #29.
