County Fair 2017 Wind Down

Tonight will end the Dubuque and Jackson County Fairs for 2017.  I would say that for the most part the weather cooperated!!!  I'm sure fair goers and fair organizers were pleased with that.

Friday night was Country Night at the Dubuque County Fair with A Thousand Horses taking the stage.  They are best know for the their hit 'Smoke'.

Country night shined on Jackson County Saturday evening.  Joe Diffie and Locash were on the stage.  Joe Diffie; a member of the Grand Old Opry has had 13 #1 singles.  LoCash (one time known as LoCash Cowboys) big hits are #1 'I Know Somebody' & #2 'I Love this Life'.

Can't wait to see what the 2018 Fair season will have in store.
